For more than 40 years, we&#8217;ve specialized in commercial and municipal water supply systems across Michigan. Our crews install, rehabilitate, and maintain high-capacity water wells that serve cities, municipalities, industries, and public water systems.<\/p>\n<p>If you enjoy working outdoors, operating heavy equipment, traveling throughout Michigan, and being part of a team that keeps communities supplied with clean, reliable water, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><br \/>\nAs a Water Well Driller, you&#8217;ll work alongside crews to safely complete commercial and municipal drilling projects from start to finish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsabilidades clave<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate and assist with <strong>mud rotary, reverse circulation, bucket drilling, and auger drilling equipment. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Set up, operate, and maintain drilling rigs and support equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Install municipal and commercial water wells according to project specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with well rehabilitation, pump installation, and related water system construction activities.<\/li>\n<li>Perform equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and job site regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Complete daily drilling logs and project documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Travel throughout Michigan for project work with overnight stays as needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualification<\/strong>s<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous water well drilling or heavy construction experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and power tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel throughout Michigan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Experience operating one or more of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mud Rotary Drilling<\/li>\n<li>Reverse Circulation Drilling<\/li>\n<li>Bucket Drilling<\/li>\n<li>Auger Drilling<\/li>\n<li>Municipal or Commercial Water Well Construction<\/li>\n<li>Heavy Equipment Operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Licencia<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license required.<\/li>\n<li>CDL Class A preferred, or willingness to obtain one with company assistance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Beneficios<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Northern Pump &amp; Well offers an excellent benefits package, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay with overtime opportunities<\/li>\n<li>100% company-paid health insurance for employees<\/li>\n<li>Dental and Vision Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Plan 401(k) con aportaci\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/li>\n<li>Paid Time Off (PTO)<\/li>\n<li>Paid Holidays<\/li>\n<li>Company-paid hotels and daily per diem while traveling<\/li>\n<li>CDL training assistance for qualified employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Northern Pump &amp; Well?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Northern Pump &amp; Well has built a reputation as one of Michigan&#8217;s trusted commercial and municipal water supply contractors.
