This is a full-time, year-round round position as the operator of a Reichdrill 690 water well drilling machine. The drill operator must be mechanically inclined and have an understanding of hydraulic systems, air compressors, and diesel engines. Past experience operating a water well drill is preferred but not required. Physically the candidate must have the ability to lift 50+ lbs or more. Applicant should enjoy working outside all months of the year, have a clean, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic. Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Commercial drivers license level B is required. This is a family run, community based, company that treats there employees as family.
