Well Driller

Position Summary
Western Hydro Engineering is seeking an experienced Rotary Well Driller with Reverse Circulation (RC) experience to join our team. This position will work closely with the Drilling Supervisor and crew to safely and efficiently execute drilling operations across a variety of projects including municipal, agricultural, and industrial wells.

Key Responsibilities
Operate rotary drilling rigs (Air/Mud/RC) in a safe and productive manner
Perform Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling for sampling and production wells
Lead and assist in rig mobilization, setup, and demobilization
Interpret drilling plans, well designs, and site conditions
Maintain accurate drilling logs and daily reports
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on drilling equipment
Assist with well construction, casing installation, and grouting
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Work as a team player under direction of the Drilling Supervisor

Qualifications
Valid CDL (Class A )
Strong welding proficiency
Ability to operate heavy equipment and support machinery
Knowledge of drilling methods: Air Rotary, Mud Rotary, Flooded Reverse, Dual Rotary
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work long hours in outdoor and remote environments
